About Roots & Resilience
Roots & Resilience is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting mental health and wellness through accessible, strengths-based, trauma-informed care. We specialize in healing intergenerational trauma by working with individuals and families in the settings where they feel safest: in their communities, schools, homes, or natural environments. We recognize that trauma is often systemic and passed down through generations.
