Welcome to Roots Salon Miles & Nicole Higgins along with their dear friend and stylist Robert Maples decided January of 2013 to go out on their own excursion. All Aveda trained hair stylistʼs they felt they had something more to offer the beauty industry than just being behind the chair. They wanted a salon their way, on their terms, with an atmosphere all guests truly deserve. Roots Salon & Hair Studio motto is based on the famous quote by John F. Kennedy “If art is to nourish the roots of our culture, society must set the artist free to follow his vision wherever it takes him.” We want to carry out our motto with every guest having them be one hundred percent secure in the fact that they are treated each as individuals and the art of doing their hair to the of the utmost importance to us. Three highly trained hairstylists in the facets of Vidal Sassoon, Toni & Guy, and Aveda haircutting techniques they pride themselves on education. From our roots to yours.
