We look forward to working with you. Jenny Rosberg is the founder and CEO of ROPA Management Ltd (AB). Prior to founding ROPA she held the position as Senior Vice President of NASDAQ OMX Group Inc. (NASDAQ:NDAQ) for almost eight years, deputy CEO of NASDAQ OMX Nordic Ltd and board member in the local stock exchanges NASDAQ Stockholm, NASDAQ Helsinki, NASDAQ Copenhagen and NASDAQ Iceland. As Senior Vice President she was responsible for Europe and the business area Global Corporate Client Group, Listings & Capital markets and Corporate Solutions. Her European teams were based in London, Stockholm, Copenhagen, Helsinki and Iceland. As part of the Senior Management team she reported direct to the head office in New York. Before joining OMX in February 2005 she experienced more than 20 years in the financial services industry holding a number of leading positions: Public private equity, Bank, Insurance company, Investment Bank and investment company including CFO, CEO and board positions. Throughout the years she had earned great experience from turn-around situations, driving organic growth, mergers & acquisitions, buy-outs, initial public offerings, special situations, crisis management and leadership. Jenny holds a MBA from Stockholm School of Economics, Sweden and she has also studied innovation and entrepreneurship at Babson College, Boston, US and Stanford Graduate School of Business, California, US
