About Roscommon Area Public Schools
Roscommon Area Public Schools is rural district in the northern lower peninsula that prides itself on being a small district that offers big opportunities. We foster a family atmosphere within all of our buildings to best promote both student and staff growth. Because of our relatively small class sizes, we are able to offer differentiated instruction for all of our students. All of our students have 1-to-1 technology and have access to a wide variety of tech tools that are utilized daily. Our K-12 staff is committed to offering quality education that will prepare students for not only the next grade, but also for life after graduation. We are proud of our instrumental music, vocal music, industrial arts, and visual arts offerings as well as our strong academics including Advanced Placement and CLEP classes. In addition, we are in partnership with COOR ISD in offering a wide variety of career tech options for our juniors and seniors in high school.
