About Rose Cottage Veterinary Centre
We are a proudly independent mixed animal veterinary practice that relish in turning away no animal that comes to us for treatment no matter their species. We are lucky to have a highly experienced and passionate team that endeavour to treat every patient we see as though they were part of our own family. Our story: Our story started in 1984 based in Frodsham. Norman Henry, Diploma holder in bovine reproduction founded the practice and under Norman's leadership we quickly grew as a practice. From there we were lucky enough to have Elisabeth Gorse, certificate holder in equine practice and Ken Robinson, certificate holder in small animal dermatology. From there we have continued to flourish and build our practice, welcoming Jen Quayle to our list of Directors. Jen is the resident veterinary surgeon for Knowsley Safari Park and has a huge wealth of experience and knowledge making our practice unique in the wide variety of species cared for. We sadly said goodbye to Ken as Director in June 2022 but welcomed Joe Martin as Director, soon to be certificate holder in small animal medicine with a passion for all things veterinary medicine.
