About Rose & William Consulting

During my tenure at Allbirds I was struck by how many great ideas were passed on, because they didn’t have the capability or the capacity to take them to market. Coming from Nike, all ideas had the potential to be commercialized but at Allbirds that was not the case, sometimes the product or commercial benefit was outweighed by impact to capacity, or capability and so many opportunities stayed as just that, “good ideas”. I saw first-hand how hard it was to pivot, adapt and change, I really began to understand the trade off on time and money and saw how it was stifling innovation and creativity and so I thought to myself, how can I give every good idea a chance? How can I support emerging ideas and enable businesses to flex as needed, how can we provide a service for both small and large businesses to try new ideas, enter new categories and unleash creativity, So, I decided to start a company that would : Provide solutions across all aspects of product creation, Provide scalable capacity and capabilities, Unleash years of experience and enthusiastically pass it on to future generations, Share contacts and connections to help build dreams. And so Rose & William was born. The name, for those of you who are interested is my children's’ middle names – it serves as motivation and an internal guide for everything I do.
