Roseland Business Park is a 700 acre brownfield site on the Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire and Lincolnshire border and offers: - direct private unrestricted access to the A1 - 24 / 7 manned security entrance - flexible terms - large areas of outdoor hard standing and green spaces - ample free parking and no traffic congestion - no disturbance to neighbouring properties The heart of the operation is the site of a former World War Two airfield - RAF Bottesford - now Roseland Business Park. The T2 aircraft hangars,once home to the legendary Lancaster bombers, were re-developed into modern warehouses and many of the auxiliary buildings are venues for offices, workshops and storage facilities offering smaller units. Additionally, much of the runway infrastructure is still in place - providing a flexible supply of external storage. Office space is also available in our award winning head office at the entrance to the park was inspired by another World War Two control tower in Archerfield, Australia and was completed in 2005. In tandem with the development of the business park, Roseland Group has invested heavily into the rural landscape. To date, our planting scheme has generated in excess of 100,000 multi-species trees in new plantations in addition to the re-stocking and management of existing woodland, which has greatly benefited local wildlife.
