Rosemaund Farm Distillery - A Decade in the Making Rosemaund Farm Distillery is the home of English single malt whisky distilled and matured in the heart of Herefordshire. Every drop begins in the fields surrounding the distillery, grown from heritage Maris Otter barley and nurtured on the family farm. Founded with a vision to create whisky rooted in farming and regeneration, our first casks were laid down in 2014. In 2025, after a decade of patience, we released our inaugural 10-year-old single malt. More than a whisky, it is a statement of provenance: grown, distilled, and matured entirely on site. Our philosophy is simple: flavour starts in the soil. By working directly with heritage Maris Otter barley, distilling on the farm, and maturing entirely in our own warehouses, we ensure provenance, authenticity, and a whisky that reflects its origins. The Herefordshire climate - with its cold winters, warm summers, and gentle humidity - shapes the whisky into something unmistakably tied to this place. We believe the future of whisky must also be a future for the land. Sustainable energy, soil health, and biodiversity are integral to our work, alongside stills and casks. Sustainability here is not a slogan but a way of farming. Alongside the distillery sits The Wild Kitchen, created with Guy Ritchie, our collaborative partner. It is a space for storytelling, food cooked over fire, and whisky shared in its natural context. It embodies our belief that whisky is more than a drink; it’s about connection to place, people, and experience. Rosemaund is part of a new chapter in English whisky: scarce by design, released only when ready, and always tied to the land that raised it. A whisky with roots, grown and crafted on the family farm in Herefordshire.
