ROSERS has its roots in a restaurant family that with passion and height has run everything from hotels to restaurants, catering and events for more than 50 years. A business offering large scale and high end international catering and events for 6-60,000 people. The customers are international and our networks are established. ROSERS is highly reputed and the core group is well known and recognized for many of their previous accomplishments. We have been responsible for many meetings and events in the near past. The secret is to strive for perfection over and over staging our culinary theatre performances. The Rosers history goes back two generations. Rosers is a restaurant family that has run everything from hotels to restaurants, catering and events for more than half a century. At the Swedish pavilion in Shanghai, at Expo 2010, we served 29,500 guests before the exhibition ended. At LKAB’s large staff party in Kiruna, we cooked and served 6,000 guests. We were given the responsibility to handle the government’s dinner for Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel, the Swedish Royal family and many of the European royal houses and other international guests, ahead of Victoria and Prince Daniel’s big wedding in Stockholm. Over the years, we have had the pleasure of receiving large assignments from the defense industry, mainly from Saab AB, Gripen and Volvo AB and Volvo Cars. We give thanks for the honorable assignment to be responsible for all catering during the Volvo Ocean Race in all parts of the world where they anchored for two seasons.
