To establish and maintain a self-sustaining system of support for the provision of basic physical, social, spiritual, emotional and economic needs of at-risk populations, locally and globally. Education 2. To engage (church and community) leaders in at-risk communities to initiate interventions to establish safe havens for vulnerable individuals and families. 3.
