Rosindale Systems Ltd design and install control systems, and supply a range of replacement parts, worldwide, for a range of kilns, defrosters and dryers, but specialising in AFOS units with the option of full data logging facilities that can stand alone or be tied into a company’s existing network system. The data logging system, carrying a 5 year warranty, can supply data of over a dozen logged variables to a computer that can then be saved and printed. These panels have a range of innovations designed to give the customer more control and produce a more accurate costing of the processes they are running. The data logging system is a standalone unit that can be used in a variety of roles such as security, process monitoring, access control etc. Our main Services: • Build control panels to customer’s specification, or we can design and build from scratch to their requirements; complete with software. • Installation, maintenance, service and supply of spare parts for the full range of AFOS products specifically the food side covering the defrosters, kilns and drying units. • Carry out repairs to existing Control Panels. • Upgrading of obsolete PLC to current units, with software cost effective re-writes. • Specialists in Siemens, Omron, Rockwell and Mitsubishi software. • Supply a complete range of the products we use daily in the building of our panels etc. • Tracing and supply of obsolete tested control gear such as the S7-200’s,TP277, TP177.
