About Ross Maxwell - Architect
Being a sole-proprietor for some time, I have been involved with all aspects of a project’s development and as such have had the opportunity to obtain a broad experience and knowledge of many products, systems, building types and local requirements. I have a keen mind, am a problem solver and am able to logically figure things out. I enjoy solving problems and helping people out in ways so as to provide creative solutions that meet or exceed their expectations. In doing this I tend to be very organized, and of necessity, accurate, and detail oriented. This is helpful in the multitude of things that are done. Established relationships with and the expertise of outside consultants are drawn upon to bring together the project team in addition to professional staff as required. This has resulted in many successful projects and in one most recently, saving an Owner $100,000.00 in requested City improvements. I am also currently open to considering long-term career opportunities within established firms that could take advantage of my experience and background or possible limited joint ventures or consulting on a project by project basis. I have over 25 years of experience using DataCAD. Basic working knowledge of AutoCAD, REVIT, ArchiCAD & server based BIM enviroments
