About Rossco

Rossco is a London-based property company managing the construction of some of the UK’s finest homes. Established in 2010 to give a select network of private clients a more transparent presence in the super-prime real estate market. Working in close partnership with our clients and family offices, we manage, build and maintain prestigious city homes and rural estates reflective of their needs and wishes. Rossco’s core services are project, design and construction management together with responsive estate management and maintenance. We provide advisory services such as quantity surveying as well as helping our clients to identify and manage super-prime property investments. We uphold the highest levels of confidentiality and discretion, modelling our partnerships on the specific working arrangements of the individual client and family office. Rossco Founding Partners Ross Howlett and David Evans have built a team of c.20 highly sought-after professionals who are readily available to our clients wherever they are in the world and who guide their property journey at every stage. Our clients receive regular counsel and impartial advice from their own project team and from members of Rossco’s executive board which is made up of some of the industry’s most experienced property and construction specialists. By establishing a truly client-centric approach and remuneration model, Rossco challenges the status quo of the traditional methods of engagement, procurement and management. Our value-based, collaborative cross-functional model, refined over 12 years, enables us to provide advice and leadership across multiple construction disciplines and means we are uniquely placed to take large scale and high value projects from inception through to completion.
