ROTA Trade Show Organising is an international exhibitions, venue owner and publishing company with events across 3 countries in Europe, Middle East and Africa. The company has been active since 1984 and is one of the leading event organisers in Southeast Europe and East Mediterranean region. Since foundation the company has accumulated a significant amount of experience having organised - together with its 5 subsidiaries - more than 600 leading exhibitions, all significant to their respective field, and over 40 conferences and events. ROTA organises twenty five (25) exhibitions. Twenty one (21) of the above retain a firm professional nature as they provide for specific fields of trade and industry, three (3) involve the general public and final consumers and one (1) holds combined interest. Since January 2009 ROTA is part of the holding company which has management of METROPOLITAN EXPO exhibition center at the Athens International Airport of Eleftherios Venizelos. Our company began activity in the field of publications in 1989 when the first issue of ‘Rota Spot’ magazine was published. Publishing activities were further established in 1992 upon the publication of ‘Rota Ikia’, our second feature title. In 2017 Rota issued two more sectoral titles, ‘Market News’ addressing the food and beverage industry and ‘Woodmag Egypt’ a trade magazine serving the woodworking sector in Egypt. ROTA SA is a member of UFI (Union des Foires Internationales) the world association of the exhibition market, a member of SISO (Society of Independent Show Organisers), a member of SEV (Hellenic Federation of Enterprises) and a member of SETE (Association of Greek Tourist Enterprises). In 2003 ROTA SA received ISO 9001:2000 certification from TÜV AUSTRIA quality assurance organization. The above certification concerns the establishment and implementation of a quality control system in the field of organising exhibitions.
