About Rotary Club of East Cobb
Chartered in 1985, our members representing a cross section of East Cobb's business and professional community. We meet each Wednesday morning from 7 to 8 am at the Indian Hills Country Club clubhouse located at 4001 Clubland Drive in Marietta, Georgia. All are welcome to enjoy breakfast and community focused on service over self. Our local and international projects include: Eradication of polio worldwide East Cobb Foundation which supports local charities and educational programs such as Chattahoochee Tech and Wheeler Learning Links. Sponsorship of the Georgia Rotary Student Program (GRSP) which provides scholarships for international students to study in Georgia. Obtaining District and Global Grants for projects for needed projects both at home and abroad. Roadside "Adopt-a-Mile" Cleanup Storm-water run-off identification and marking projects. Annual fundraiser, The Dog Days 5k Run, where last year alone we raised over $55,000 through sponsorships that all went to deserving area charities.
