Spanning five acres, what once served as an equestrian centre has been thoughtfully transformed into a stunning, versatile space designed to suit all celebrations. Our beautifully restored 1920s homestead includes five bedrooms and can accommodate up to 10 guests, making it the perfect place to stay and celebrate. Owner Kevin Bennett and his beautiful wife Swan were married at Rothwood in 2012. After one of their guests chose to marry here too, a ripple effect began—more couples fell in love with the venue, inspiring Kevin to open Rothwood to the public. Now, in 2025, Rothwood stands proudly as one of Perth’s most prestigious wedding venues, recently winning the Wedding Services category at the Australian Small Business Awards in Sydney. Kevin has no desire to stop tinkering away in the gardens, and is always thinking of his next project.
