Rouse-Sirine Associates, Ltd. (est. 1972) is a full-service surveying and mapping firm. Over our more than 40 years in business, we have developed an experienced team capable of meeting, or exceeding, all service, quality, and schedule requirements. RSA is a certified Small Business Enterprise with two regional offices located in Virginia Beach and Williamsburg. We are SWaM (#647717) and Micro Business certified. Our staff of 25 includes four (4) licensed land surveyors supported by five (5) survey field crews, two (2) S.U.E field crews, four (4) survey/ C.A.D technicians and our administrative staff. Each department is equipped with the most advanced instruments and the latest software and technology. Within the last couple of years we have brought S.U.E. Quality Levels “-D” (Subsurface Utility Engineering, a.k.a. utility location, including test pits) in house making us one of the most comprehensive, and cost-effective, firms in the area. Our inclusion of a S.U.E. department further supplements our firm's capability to increase efficiency and quality control. RSA takes pride in our ability to tailor our services to meet the unique, and specific, needs of each client.
