Route4Solutions is a specialist driver recruitment agency which assists transport and operations managers to run efficient and cost effective logistics operations. Founded in 2014 by co-directors Mike and Carol Harris, the company provides temporary and relief drivers to logistics companies to cover sickness or holiday absences, one-off assignments or seasonal increases in deliveries. Operating from the Nottingham Sustainability and Enterprise Centre in Nottingham, the company employs 5 full time staff and has access to a number of trained drivers who meet the standards required by Route4Solutions customers. It provides a 24 hour service 365 days a year. In February 2017, launched a courier service to offer same day delivery for small parcels and packages as well as a removals services for small houses and flats.
