Adding more telephones is as simple as can be. Order a new telephone and we’ll drop off a phone that’s ready to go. You just plug it in. Telephone Features: Time of Day Routing Caller ID Direct Inward Dial Unified Messaging Voicemail to Email Voicemail notification by email or page Optional Fax to Email Three Way Conferencing Call Forwarding Call Transfer Do Not Disturb Redial Mute Full Duplex Speakerphone Find-Me-Follow-Me Installation Each Telephone System includes 2 hours of setup and configuration and training. Two weeks of post-installation support is also included for “tweaks” and other minor changes. Most adds, moves, changes can be done remotely very quickly. Adjustments to call queues and most other issues are just as easy. Business Hours for non-critical support are 8:00am to 5:00pm Central time. Support is available for critical issues 24x7. System Training Post install training will include: Placing and Receiving telephone calls, initial voicemail setup and navigation and Web Portal access. Advanced features such as Call Transfer, Call Forward, Park and Page, and Intercom use is also included.
