Mission We aim to inspire and encourage Black and POC families to indulge in nature and access the healing properties of the outdoors. Through exploration of seasonal outdoor activities and active representation through instructors, participants will have the opportunity to explore connecting with nature in a safe, motivational, and respectful environment. Vision The outdoors is for everyone and we aim to remove the stigma surrounding Black and POC communities and their involvement with outdoor activities. Our goal is to expand accessibility to nature based initiatives (ie. hiking, camping, skiing, snowboarding, and more) - not for the sake of numbers but in the focus of mental health.
