Digital Project Manager and Ecommerce Consultant with 10+ years of experience in the Fashion, beauty and lifestyle industry. Having worked with a variety of luxury brands in London, Paris and Antwerp, I have a strong international experience in digital project management of site migrations and 360° project integrations (Ecommerce, OMS, PIM, ERP, CRM, ..), ecommerce performance analysis, ecommerce forecasting/budgeting and C-level reporting, P&L management and brand building and online marketing. Collaborating on the international expansion and online presence of both monobrands and multibrands such as Farfetch, Browns Fashion, Ami Paris, La Bouche Rouge and Michael Kors has given me a detailed understanding of the global luxury consumer with a specific focus on the United States, Japan and China. More than five years ago, I launched ROVE Studio with the goal to leverage my Ecommerce experience for brands with a sustainable impact and push their digital growth. Since its launch, ROVE Studio has helped +15 brands grow online through consulting work, one-on-one workshops and group lectures.
