Rowe Dynamics, Inc. provides contract manufacturing services specifically designed to meet the needs of each individual customer. We use lean manufacturing techniques and a systematic approach to analyze and optimize the flow of information and materials. This helps us reduce waste and continually improve the manufacturing process. We use state-of-the-art equipment and the years of combined experience within our corporate team to provide the resources needed to survive in a global market that demands higher quality, faster delivery and lower prices. Rowe Dynamics, Inc. provides precision inspections which confirm that dimensional specifications and tolerances are met during the parts manufacturing and assembly processes. Inspections are performed using our state-of-art Mitutoyo Crysta Apex S 574 Coordinate Measuring Machine and Deltronic DH216 16" Horizontal Bench-Top Comparator System. The inspection process also includes verifying the measurements, tests and gauges applied to certain characteristics regarding an item. These obtained measurements/results are then compared to specified print requirements and standards to ensure the produced product meets these specifications. Our Statistical Process Control (SPC) software collects data at every stage of the manufacturing process. We then review the data to enhance our manufacturing process while confirming the quality and integrity of the final product before on time delivery. We are proud to announce the achievement of AS9100D:2016 certification by DEKRA Certification, Inc. for the CNC machining and additive manufacturing with design, development and assembly capabilities using advanced manufacturing technologies.
