Roxy & Rich Inc specialize in food coloring for cakes and chocolates market. Incorporated in 2011, the first products were printed chocolates. Soon after that, the company started to sell coloured cocoa butter which was the raw material used for printing on chocolates. Since then, the food colour division expended with other products. The company developed an expertise in micro technologies to create a new line of food colour, the hybrid dusts. A Hybrid dust contains always a soluble and a dispersible molecule. The technology platform includes micro-coating, micro-encapsulation and micronization of food colour. The company now offer a complete line of food colour for cake and chocolate decoration. The line includes: Coloured Cocoa Butter, Fat Dispersible Colour, Water Soluble Colour, Hybrid lustre dust (10-60microns), Hybrid Sparkle Dust (60-300microns), Hybrid Petal Dust and FONDUST(tm) which is an hybrid food color in powder form that is soluble in extra low moisture content food products. FONDUST(tm) is a 10 microns encapsulated food color soluble in cold water. The beauty of the product is that it has no flavor and does not change the consistency of the food product. It is ideal to colour Fondant, Gumpaste, Marzipan, Modeling Chocolate, Cookie Dough, Royal Icing, Buttercream, Cake Batter, Macarons, Piping Gel, Candies, etc. All products meet FDA and Health Canada Standards for food coloring.
