Roy Green Chartered Surveyors was formed in 1985 by the late Roy Green FRICS, who was originally a partner in the former, long established, local firm of Whittle, Attenborough & Peach. In 2001 the firm became a Partnership when Jeremy Green joined and together they gained over 43 years professional experience and established a small but successful General Practice Firm. The firm was incorporated in 2009 as Roy Green Surveyors Limited and we have a reputation for providing a local professional service. Although the firm is well renowned for its Agriculture, Commercial and Residential business we provide services for a wide spectrum of clients ranging from private individuals to national companies, throughout Leicestershire and into neighbouring counties covering the full spectrum of professional work including: Lettings, Property Management, Valuations of residential, commercial & agricultural property for, Buildings Insurance, Inheritance Tax, Matrimonial/Litigation, Banks and other lending institutions. Reports & Surveys, Lease Renewal, Rent Reviews, Schedules of Dilapidations/Condition, Planning and Development.
