Royal Cradle Empowerment Foundation (RCEF) is a non-profit organisation which specialises in the design and implementation of socio-economic development programmes focused on rural and urban communities. RCEF believes that youth empowerment through skills development – “education is the most powerful weapon which we can use to change Africa and the world” – Based on this saying, is an initiative that seeks to give youth entrepreneurial support to develop skills and talents that benefit communities. Identifying such needs, strengthens the workforce in order to grow the African continent as a whole. Growth and development in Africa can only be achieved through empowerment of the youth. Remember the saying “Youth are the leaders of tomorrow” and to create these vibrant leaders. We develop skills acquisition workshops based on different communities’ needs and source for scholarships that make the realization of such dreams feasible. Human capital investment for driving socio-economic change in Africa. The foundation strongly believes that training and continually monitoring the growth of the youth and entrepreneurs will ignite transformation in Africa.
