Royal Management & Development, Inc., established in 1992, is an integrated real estate investment services company that owns, manages, develops and operates real estate in the United States. We focus on providing comprehensive real estate services and investment solutions to an international client base, including high-net-worth individuals and investment companies located in the MENA region, looking for core and opportunistic investments in the U.S. market. RMD’s current portfolio of 2.5 million square feet encompasses all real estate uses. The diverse portfolio includes: land, office, residential, retail, and hospitality properties in several U.S. markets: the Washington DC metropolitan area (the second largest office market in the U.S.); Pittsburgh, PA and Rochester, MN known internationally for the presence of Mayo Clinic. Previously, RMD also held a property in Atlanta, GA. Our team of professionals collectively has over fifty years of experience in commercial and residential real estate, servicing large, complex, multifaceted projects thinking innovatively and collaborating with our partners and investors to improve and create wealth and value.
