About RPA (Face Fit Testing)
RPA Ltd are the UK’s largest independent fit testing specialist. Established in 1999, we have over 26 years’ experience in RPE fit testing and have a UK-wide team of seven trainers and fit testers who are all Fit2Fit accredited for both Qualitative and Quantitative (Portacount) fit testing. In addition to our frontline staff, we also have a team of technical specialists and administrative staff who provide support and back up to our trainers and fit testers. We run and maintain a fleet of over 40 TSI Portacount machines. We are TSI’s Portacount channel partners and trainers for the UK and so have immediate access to the latest software, technical updates and calibration / service assistance. In addition to having seven Fit2Fit accredited fit testers, our two directors (Karen Long and Claire Baker) are also assessors for the Fit2Fit scheme. Karen also sits on the Fit2Fit technical committee and was instrumental in the development of the new Fit2Fit Companions for Qualitative and Quantitative fit testing. Both Karen and Claire are board members of the European section for the International Society for Respiratory Protection and Karen also sits on the international board.
