Working closely with Barclays Wealth and Private, Julius Baer, Butterfield and a range of other private and Wealth management banks. Our clients range from high net-worth individuals, investment funds, banking, insurance and pensions institutions, property companies and developers from all over the world. Our main function is in the search and acquisition of prime residential, commercial, retail and hotel interests. Particularly those with development and / or uplift potential. Predominately we source off market, distressed and discounted stock. We find these from a range of sources via contacts in the industry, direct with vendors and developers, or through banks and administrators. We also manage and implement residential building and development work from basic refurbishment through to full scale structural work such as digging basements. We can take on small to medium sized jobs our selves and out source the more complex work to a panel of trusted joint venture partners.
