RS Law Group was founded in 2022 by Principal, Rania Shashati as a family-owned business dedicated to assisting clients with their legal needs. Rania was admitted as a solicitor to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in August 2014. She has extensive experience in property law, strata law and property related matters including coordination and management of property purchase and sale files for residential, commercial and off the plan developments. Reviewing contracts, advising clients of issues and concerns relating to the contract, negotiating amendments to the contract, arranging, and reviewing inspection reports, arranging and attending to settlement. Drafting deeds, agreements, advice, notices, acting on sale and purchase of business and liaising with stakeholders including mortgage brokers, banks and other side solicitors. Rania is also experienced with wills and estates, engaging in insolvency sale files, strata advice, drafting of by-laws, caveats and liaising with body corporates, strata managers, lot owners, committee members and insolvency firms. At RS Law Group, we focus on building a strong, genuine relationship of trust with you and going above and beyond in ensuring that your legal matter is resolved as smooth as possible. Rania is also a director of St Michael’s Meals -The Parks which is a charitable organisation outreach of St Michael’s Meals. She commenced her charity work solo in 2019 through Christmas Toy Drives where over 1000 toys were donated to multiple hospitals during the Christmas season. After initiating several other projects including elderly parcels and care packages during the 2021 Covid-19 lockdown, she became a director of St Michael’s Meals – The Parks and has since been carrying on those initiatives including feeding the homeless in the Western suburbs and reaching out to the vulnerable and those in need.
