Founded in 2017, by Director and Executive Producer, Renee Schembri, RSPM is a full-service event management one stop shop, that maintains the personal care and dedication of a boutique company. We make the production process seamless and stress-free, from our very first chat to watching your content being amplified through social channels over and over long after the event finishes. With over 20 years of experience in innovative and successful event creation, production, curation and execution. We are a Sydney-born and based business with a local, national, and international portfolio of projects and experience. Our portfolio encompasses largest scale events and initiatives to small and boutique gatherings, all of which have been co-designed and delivered with the client’s vision, values, and ambitions at the heart of each project. Our approach is one of collaboration, inclusivity, safety, creativity, innovation, deliverability, value for money, impact and fun and this approach has underpinned our work over the over two decades.
