RTA Studio Ltd is an innovative and progressive architecture firm established in 1999 and lead by Company Directors and Registered Architects Richard Naish, Ben Hayes and Ben Dallimore and we look froward to offering our services. The practice has a notable reputation for original and award-winning design on a variety of commercial, educational and residential projects. The experienced team is made up of 30 staff. The Directors, Architects, Architectural Graduates, Architectural Technicians, BIM Managers, Interior Designers, and administrative support staff. RTA Studio offers a range of services including: • Architecture • Interior design • Site masterplanning • Urban design • Heritage building refurbishment/re-development • BIM Mangement • Facilities evaluation, use analysis and space management planning RTA Studio is recognised for original and award-winning design on a variety of residential, interior, commercial, educational, industrial and community projects and has been awarded more than 70 New Zealand and international awards, including Home of The Year, a World Architecture Festival category win and the New Zealand Architecture Medal. Most recently, the Arrowtown House was shortlisted for the 2019 World Architecture Festival. We believe truly unique and innovative design solutions result from an ability to ‘think outside the square’ and to respond directly to the aims and objectives of the client. Our building solutions evolve from a collaboration between client, Architect and the site. Therefore, RTA Studio buildings do not form part of any particular ‘style’. Rather they are an architectural solution that is a direct manifestation of the unique characteristics of that project and context. While a building must solve all of the functional requirements of the brief, it must also seek to inspire the user or resident and leave the visitor with a sense of enrichment from the experience.
