RTO PD Hub is your one stop shop for VET and Industry Professional Development (PD)! We offer the widest range of PD workshops for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) in Australia and we are the only provider of Industry Currency PD workshops. Our workshops are linked to the relevant standards and support compliance with the regulatory requirements of an RTO. Most of our PD workshops are offered as Virtual Workshops using Zoom. Face-to-face workshops are offered based on demand. We also offer private customised workshops for RTOs, to suit their specific business requirements. Our founder, Kassi Pericleous, has been working in the vocational education sector for over 25 years. During that time she has successfully managed various domestic and international RTOs and has been working as an RTO Quality and Compliance Consultant for over 20 years. Kassi is passionate about supporting RTOs in their journey within this continually changing and challenging industry. Kassi's passion for the industry and her extensive experience has made her one of the leading RTO consultants in Australia. Kassi's view is that professional development done right, is the key foundation to running a successful and compliant RTO. This belief led to her setting up the RTO PD Hub and the RTO Certified Professionals Institute. Kassi has been delivering private PD workshops for her clients for the last 20 years. This has made her aware of the areas where PD is required for RTOs and the benefits gained for both the individuals participating and the RTO. Hence, the wide range of workshops that are being offered by RTO PD Hub, to suit and support all individuals working within an RTO.
