Rubicon Planning combines extensive knowledge, experience and capabilities in Army Real Property Master Planning services, to provide requirements analyses, force structure evaluations, Tabulations of Existing and Required Facilities (TABs), economic analyses, criteria development, algorithm development and related special studies. We are expert in the use and application of the Army’s Legacy Planning Systems (FPS, RPLANS, ACTS, and ISR), and support the Army planning community in the expert use of these decision tools to develop auditable and actionable master plans. Our knowledge of the policies, processes, and procedures that drives master planning in the Army and the supporting automated systems adds an extra dimension of flexibility. Because those policies, processes, and procedures are based on sound planning principles, and established Army planning criteria and standards, we are equally comfortable using sophisticated software or a “stubby pencil” to develop complete, comprehensive, auditable and relevant analyses for all our clients.
