Founded in 2005, Rubus provides corporate intelligence and strategic counsel to businesses facing important decisions and critical challenges in Eastern Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia. The company has offices in London, Antwerp, Paris, Sharjah and Johannesburg, with alliance partners in Vietnam, who also cover Cambodia, Thailand, Singapore, the Philippines and Malaysia. What we do? Rubus Group integrates corporate intelligence, legal and actuarial consultancy to enable corporate clients to identify and manage risk, or respond to threats more effectively When? Event driven: A transaction or threat. This separates our two separate business lines. We may be called in before (risk identification and mitigation) or after the event (damage limitation, dispute resolution, and recovery).
