Ruck Evolution was founded in the foothills of Boulder, Colorado, from a desire to get fit while enjoying the great outdoors. It is a counterpoint to the endless empire of indoor exercise classes that convinced people workouts should be done in a strip mall staring at mirrors, sterile walls and tv screens. We knew there had to be a better way. Health thrives outdoors. With sun, and wind, and trees. Where your mind is soothed, your stress is calmed and your body is invigorated.
