About Rudy A. Ciccotti Family Recreation Center
The Rudy A. Ciccotti Family Recreation Center is a state-of-the art multi-purpose recreation facility owned by the Colonie Youth Center, an independent non-profit organization. The Aquatic Dept has an Activity pool with beach-like entry, two water slides, spray features, lazy river, 25-yard lap pool, and warm jetted spa. Swim party room rentals for members. The Fitness Dept has cardio and resistance equipment (independently-controlled cable TV atop each piece of cardio equipment), 3 group exercise studios, a private studio for personal training, and a cushioned indoor track. We offer all members a free fitness assessment every 8 weeks. All new members receive a complimentary equipment orientation. Massage Therapy Dept offers Licensed Massage Therapists with specialies in many modalities. Recreation Dept includes two full-sized basketball courts and extensive programs for kids and adults. (See our Community Program Guide for current seasonal programs; it's available for download via the home page of our website.) Over 60 land and water fitness classes available weekly at no charge to members. (See the tab labeled CLASSES on our website for a complete listing.) Kids In Motion and Fun Games (childcare for our youngest members). Family changing rooms and locker rooms with amenities. Open-ended monthly agreements and annual paid-in-full agreements available.
