RUFF DIAMONDZ] we engage, energise & empower young people to realise their value ,reach their potential & re:frame their world by promoting positive self esteem & aspirations through innovative programs & services These are a collaboration of education, [topic based roadshows & workshops] 1:1 solution focused life coaching & mentoring, VIP ‘life lift’ experiences & Bedroom RE:VAMPS tackling poverty , Creative arts & employability work readiness skills The RUFF & RUBYROOMS Community hub / social enterprise based @INTU POTTERIES, Hanley, SOT. We operate from an ‘ASSET BASED’, ‘positive mindset’ perspective promoting an ATTITUDE OF GRATTITUDE’ vibe. We demonstrate an ‘I CAN, rather than I CAN’T culture, encouraging each individual young person to ‘# BE THE BEST THEY CAN BE’ regardless of life chances. As a faith based charity we are inclusive & support young people aged 13 plus of ‘all faiths’ & no faith, being a positive ‘force for change’ within the city - helping many young people to believe in their God given POTENTIAL, LIVE ‘ON PURPOSE’ and realise that # THEY MATTER. #MAKEITHAPPEN As a growing local charity with a tangible passion for the young people of SOT, we deliver an extensive daily program of engaging interventions into high schools, care homes, youth establishments & the wider community giving 1:1 practical support through our mentoring & VIP program, as well as operating the 6 day a week community hub @INTU POTTERIES.
