Who We Are: RUGLEN was founded by John Chalmers, an industry veteran with over 40 years of experience working with some of the industry’s leading Consulting Engineering firms. John identified an opportunity to leverage the growing number of independent industry professionals in order to exceed Client’s expectations specifically around the implementation and execution of small to medium size projects. RUGLEN was established as a boutique consulting engineering company servicing the mining, mineral processing industry. What We Deliver: RUGLEN delivers high quality engineering by creating customized teams of independent Consultant Engineers and Designers specifically chosen for an individual client’s project. We diligently seek to minimize overhead where possible, to deliver high quality results at a reduced cost to the Client. We have an inherent belief that we must continually strive to provide our clients with practical, fit for purpose design solutions that address both their needs and wants. How We Do What We Do: Given our industry associations with an extensive network of seasoned, highly motivated professionals, we have the unique ability to utilize this vast experience on an as-needed basis, thus providing quality engineering at significant savings to our Clients.
