Asking people to rate a topic on their own perceived scale of 1 out of 10 leaves a lot of ambiguity in the data. In many cases, a 7 out of 10 points to indifference to the question. A 10 out of 10 may just be an affirmation that something works properly but doesn't necessarily inspire a maximum level of satisfaction. RumbleRank does not allow indifference or ambiguity.
