About Rumsey's Handmade Chocolates
Nigel Rumsey originally started making his handmade chocolates in 1991 from his home kitchen. His 30 years of experience as a Chef and Patissier provided the inspiration and depth of knowledge needed to become a Master Chocolatier of Distinction. Rumsey's now have two chocolateries in Thame, Oxfordshire and Wendover, Buckinghamshire. Both cafes are wonderful, sumptuous environments in which to sit, eat lunch, drink coffee (or hot chocolate!) and choose from the wonderful selection of truffles, ganaches, pralines, creams and petit fours; each with its own distinctive flavour. Rumsey's is a family business, and we like to think of our employees as extensions to the family! That’s why we are always on the lookout for talented, passionate individuals to join us. .
