About Run Minnesota
Who is Run Minnesota? Run Minnesota is the oldest and largest running organization in Minnesota. In fact, we were the 8th running organization in the country. We’ve been around for a while and have come a long way since our humble beginnings. We’re a non-profit, membership-based organization inspired to motivate runners across the North Star State and beyond! What Does Run Minnesota Do? RACE We organize our own budget-friendly Run Minnesota races with discounts for our members in thanks for their support. You can also find races in Minnesota using our online calendar where other local race organizers can submit events free of charge. TRAIN We help runners train. Wondering how to start running? Want to train for a marathon? We offer group training classes in the Twin Cities and free 5k and 10k training plans for our members. INSPIRE We proudly host inclusive and welcoming weekly group runs in the Twin Cities. Looking for a run club near you? Wondering where to buy your next pair of shoes? We are all about providing resources and support! Check out our page dedicated to running groups in Minnesota to connect with runners in your area. ADVOCATE We advocate for running. Run Minnesota provides input on projects that impact our running community. We also operate a foundation that funds grants to support local running.
