Two years before COVID-19, Will began reinventing his clarity method to help churches get better disciple-making results. The book Future Church: Seven Laws of Real Church Growth, published in 2020, is the fruit of this season. Immediately after COVID-19, Will departed Auxano, the company he founded in 2004, to design the “Pivvot Process,” combining the insights of the Future Church book with his 20,000 hours of visionary planning with church teams. After a pilot season with over 100 churches, the Pivvot Process is now exclusively delivered through Run Free as a signature service. Most churches engage our fractional staff approach to maximize their Pivvot Process. In response to increased ministry stress and accelerated church staff turnover, Will launched a first-of-kind executive coaching approach that fuses meta-performance coaching with Younique’s Life Plan System. Run Free offers 1-1 or team-based coaching to help pastors fall in love with ministry again. Our focus is to help you do more than you can imagine by becoming the leader God designed you to be.
