I grew up in on a farm in rural North Dakota, where I learned the virtues of hard work and saving money. In fact, Running Valley Financial Associates, LLC is named after the farm that has been in my family for over 125 years. I graduated with my Accounting degree and became a CPA, then began my 20+ year career working for a Fortune 500 company in various Accounting, Finance, and Treasury roles. I have always had a passion for helping others and my company was founded for that sole purpose. In 2018, I took Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace University course at my local church, and I knew at that moment Financial Coaching was what I was meant to pursue. I became, and currently serve as, a volunteer Financial Coach with United Way. During the pandemic of 2020, I completed 40+ hours of training through Dave Ramsey in Financial Coaching. In addition to Financial Coaching, my company provides tax preparation services, as well as small business consulting services. I’d love to have the opportunity to serve you and help with any of your financial needs.
