About RunVermont

RunVermont is a non-profit 501(c)(3) whose mission is to foster a lifelong love for the sport of running through year-round race events, coaching services, and youth engagement programs. It is home to New England’s 3rd largest marathon and Vermont’s largest sporting event, the M&T Bank Vermont City Marathon & Relay (VCM). VCM has been running since 1989 and RunVermont was officially founded in 2004. You can join us to run for fun, learn more about endurance running and marathons, participate in races like the Half Marathon Unplugged and Island Vines 10k & 5k, or engage our services to support your local race. We will have a number of youth programs, including races and fun runs, available so our community's children can discover the joys of our sport at an early age.
