We are a design and communication studio with a focus on wine and packaging design based in Berlin and Valencia We founded Ruska Martín Associates in 1998 and since have been an active part in the world of packaging and communication design as it continues to develop, change and grow. Whilst always staying on the cusp of current style and visual identity, we have managed to build an incredible portfolio over the last 23 years, including large scale clients from Mercedes-Benz to NIVEA and Zalando, as well as unique small-scale productions for independent labels that have continued to develop into good friendships. We are not a huge agency with hundreds of staff members – even though some of our works might give that impression. We are a small but highly focused team from across the globe who devote their time, their know-how, their passion and their energy to searching for and designing only the very best – without compromise. With an award-winning array of wine and food packaging designs of ours already out in the world, we are excited to expand our work in this field with our smart and sustainable approach as well as unique storytelling. As we are interested in the product itself, not what one might expect from a product, each project of ours is treated with the utmost creative care from the ground up. Resulting in our focus on big picture and long-term goals, rather than short-term number games. We are present and aware. We are continually searching. We talk and we listen. We keep our eyes open. We trust intuition and respect facts. We are no dreamers. We just do what we believe in, as well as we possibly can.
