Founded in 1957, Russin Lumber is a premier manufacturer and distributor of quality lumber and building specialty products. We service independent retail lumber dealers throughout the Northeastern and Mid-Atlantic United States. The Russin Lumber distribution facility is strategically located in Montgomery, New York, at the intersection of I-84 and I-87 in the Mid-Hudson Valley. We distribute quality brand-name wood products and alternative non-wood products with our fleet of company-owned tractor trailers. Russin Lumber also operates two state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities. The company’s machine applied coatings plant in Montgomery, New York provides coating services for a wide variety of wood and alternative siding and trim products. This PPG/Olympic authorized operation specializes in high volume production runs of our own proprietary siding and trim products including Advantage Trim, Fortress Trim and Fortress Bevel siding. In addition, the machine coatings facility excels at providing one and two-coat project “job lots” with a two week lead time. Products that can be custom coated include Western Red Cedar siding, trim boards, paneling and decking, pine boards and panelings, fiber cement siding, Shakertown Western Red Cedar shingle panels and Palight PVC trim. We also own and operate a sophisticated Radiata Pine board plant located in the Concepcion area of Chile, our factory produces fingerjoint blanks for our full line of Advantage Trim products.
