About Rutgers Road to Consulting
The Road to Consulting Program provides a unique opportunity for rising sophomores and juniors to build skills and competencies relevant to a career in consulting. We provide students with technical and behavioral workshops, speaker events, mentorship opportunities, and experiential learning into the world of consulting. Our guiding vision is to make Rutgers a target school for consulting firms and we have set about accomplishing this through increasing student placement at consulting firms, and ensuring students are adequately equipped with the skills necessary for their consulting career. We are open to students of all majors and disciplines and accept one new cohort of engaged, disciplined and high achieving students each year.
