About Ruth Moran Consulting
Established in April 1999, our success has been based on our belief that our candidates really do matter. Following the 'fast buck' approach does create profit in the short term but a poor reputation long term. This is why our business has endured through years of differing economic climates. As a long established recruitment to recruitment consultancy we have a large number of highly reputable clients in all UK locations and overseas. We pride ourselves on being at the forefront of the recruitment industry and constantly research the market to ensure that we have the most up to date information on client companies. We also constantly business develop and network to ensure that we are dealing with both new and well established players. Here at Ruth Moran Consulting our unique selling point is that ALL our Directors are fee earners and all have a number of years recruitment experience in their specialist sectors. We also firmly believe that it is unrealistic to expect inexperienced consultants to deal with experienced recruiters/established clients as not only do they lack credibility, they also lack industry knowledge and sector experience.
