Bob is a graduate of Stroudsburg HS as well as the University of Maine. While in college, he spent his summers learning to build homes on Cape Cod. After graduating Bob returned to the Stroudsburg Area and began renovating and remodeling homes. He started building custom homes in the early 1990’s as R.W. Buff Inc and has been growing his excellent reputation ever since. Joe Holbert, , General Manager and “right hand man” to Bob, joined R.W. Buff Inc. full time in 2005, but has worked on projects with Bob since 1999. A graduate of the University of Scranton, Joe brings with him experience in many areas including business management, sales, community planning and finish carpentry with a passion for quality and fine woodworking. Joe and his family have lived in the Stroudsburg area for over 20 years. Robert Triano, Project supervisor joined the RW. Buff team in 2017. A lifelong resident of the Pocono area Bob brings with him over 20 years of construction experience in the fields of masonry, framing and project management. Jason Diehl, Master carpenter with over 25 years of experience has been an integral part of the RW Buff team since 2008. Specializing in general carpentry, trim work, stair rails and all around problem solving. Josh Miller, Senior carpenter with 20 years of experience has been putting his own touch on RW Buff projects since 2009. Specializing in trim work, custom tile work and the finishing touches.
