With over four decades of hands-on experience, Rya Collection's founder Flora Nikrooz-Backer continues to lead the way in loungewear and the bridal lingerie industry. Flora began her lingerie career in 1983 when she founded her namesake company, Flora Nikrooz. Throughout the 90’s, her designs became a staple for bridal lingerie, furthering international growth. In 2016, Flora had a new vision: to revitalize classic elements of lingerie and bridal, this time for the modern woman. Taking inspiration from her daughter Rya, Flora concluded her time with her namesake brand and Rya Collection was born.
